CRYING IS IMPORTANT

Many people perceive crying as weakness. In fact we Indians say that boys don’t cry and if you are a boy and you are seen crying then your character is questioned and you are judged for lifetime.

Apparently, this is a big mistake because confronting your emotions gives a lot of strength even though it’s a type of vulnerability.
If you feel like crying then don’t hold back because:

       1) Crying cleanses your eyes- tears lubricate your eyeball and eyelid which helps to see well.
       2) Crying fights cold- tears helps to fight disease causing pathogens.

 3) Emotional tears eliminates toxins

These are some scientific reasons stating the importance of shedding tears.
But what I think is that crying is amazing.
I think we underestimate the power of producing tears.
We are told that emotionally strong people don’t cry. But in my opinion emotionally strong means to know how to deal with things and when you deal with things your body start to react and that’s absolutely normal. And in order to avoid crying people start to avoid dealing with things since they are afraid of crying and of expressing their emotions and they gradually end up resulting in throwing all these things back in their head. But I think avoiding crying is cowardice.
Do you know how therapeutic it is to cry your feelings out?
I cry when I’m angry.
If I’m proud then I cry.
If I am sad I cry.
I am very emotionally active and I don’t feel bad about it.
We are humans and we are designed with feelings and the ability to address those feelings.
I think crying is equally important as urinating. You can’t hold back urine?
Right?
In the same way let yours tears shed.
Please talk about your feelings. Please feel okay with your body wanting to react a certain way.
If you are afraid or embarrassed of crying in front of others then come home and sit in front of mirror and talk to yourself.
Just come to terms with your problems and try to address what you feel.

HOW TO ENJOY YOUR OWN COMPANY?

HOW TO ENJOY YOUR OWN COMPANY? This is something that I wanted to write for the longest time. So, how to enjoy your own company? Follow the following steps:-    1)   Get rid of misconceptions -   When first you will try to hang all by yourself only doubts you will have in your mind will be things that we were always told ever since our childhood like who goes for watching a movie alone? Or who goes to eat alone? You are considered weird or mad when you do things alone because the socially believed protocol is to be with friends or family. It is something that everyone prefers but it is not something that should be done. These all are just misconceptions that you always need someone to accompany you or to be a partner in crime. I think this happens almost with most of us because we are so used to be with someone that we think that we always need someone to make you happy. It is a massive misconception that you always need someone to be with you. Just get rid o

KERELA FLOODS: A NATIONAL DISASTER

KERALA FLOODS:                 A NATIONAL DISASTER \                    I think all of us are aware of the problem that Kerala is facing right now. Being a human it is so depressing for me to read all these news articles published reflecting the stats of no. of deaths and people suffering and all that. When I came to know all this I started searching the reasons of this natural calamity and I came to know that there are a lot of reasons behind this disaster. These flood alerts has been made in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka as well. See why do floods happen is something very subjective and I think we all have read about these things in our primary classes so what now. I will be discussing the factors that lead to Kerala flood disaster according to my study:     1 )    Increasing Rainfall –   Kerala faces flood issues every year but this time the rainfall has increased by 37.5% (approx.) and in regions like Idukki it has increased by 83%. Hence, this led to flood     2)

ANIMAL FARM : GEORGE ORWELL

Animal Farm is a satirical set on a typical English farm. The story and language are very simple but orwell is unnervingly precise in the way he depicts each step on thw road from revolution to tyranny. T his book is set in a future when animals are much cleverer than now. And because of their cleverness, the pigs started a revolution against the humans. Pigs could speak fluently in English unlike the other animals, and that gave them the power to be leaders. But, the story that follows only happened a few years after that... Their first leader, Old Major, was kind and fair who knew animals should be equal. But when Napoleon became the leader it was very unpleasant. He made a rule that allowed the pigs to have better food and that forced all of the other animals to work crazily hard every day and night. That wasn’t enough, Napoleon wanted more power. He decided to kill his brother, Snowball, so that he would be the only leader. Snowball was admired because he
